it’s been a while….

Haven’t posted anything for a bit…super busy (it’s inspection time!).

For those of you that are self-managing, and read this blog, now is the time to get into your units, check the smoke detectors, replace the batteries..look at the eaves troughs, change the furnace filter, etc. It’s Fall!

And as for a company update, we’ve picked up a bunch of properties in the past couple of months, lots going on in Orillia and Barrie…here’s a few in Barrie that we are starting to manage this month….
