Over the past few years, A.G. Secure has continued to expand our coverage area into new geographical regions. The amount of units that we are managing in areas such as Barrie, Orillia, and Newmarket is growing at a great rate, and we are very excited about the future!
New Management Software
In order to maintain our goal of great service and great value, we have made a substantial investment in new management software this year. This new software allows us to streamline the accounting and reporting work that we do, and allows us to increase the amount of time we are out in the field actively managing property, and not stuck behind a desk entering figures into a computer. Further, we can now work remotely as all data is in the cloud, thus ensuring that information such as rent status, maintenance work orders, and accounting is updated in real-time. Owners and tenants now have access to their own portals and are able to view statuses and reports at their leisure. We are making an effort to ‘go green’, by substantially reducing the amount of paper that we use in the office. Our target is to reduce our usage by 80% over the next year.
We are now into the third month of using the new system, and the feedback we are hearing from both Owners and Tenants is great! Thanks for everyone’s support and if anyone has any suggestions for further enhancements, please let us know.
New Office
In addition to the new system, A.G. Secure is in the process of expanding our physical presence. We are opening up a new office this month. Located in Barrie, this new office will allow us to be more available to tenants that want to drop off rent or discuss their tenancies. And we will have a place to meet with existing and future clients, and discuss their requirements.
We are in the process of setting up the office, ordering the signage, and interviewing staff, but once officially open, we encourage you to drop in and say Hi.
Stay tuned for more info on the office, and other exciting developments at A.G.Secure.
